IT Solutions for Eurosport

SkyLark Technology Inc. has been awarded product supplier status for the Eurosport Group of Channels. The Company has delivered a complete HD/SD playout sets of server and client software. The system is designed for file-based playback, Live feeds and automatic insertion of local ads into Eurosport programs for all EU countries.

  • The SkyLark SL NEO 3000 Series Servers provide a complete workflow, including automatic file import, playout, graphics, and playlist editing.
  • A set of «Main» and «Backup» SD/HD SL NEO Servers in a 2 in+2 out configuration, receiving the signal from the Central Station.
  • According to the schedule, or according to «replacement list», or synchronous command from VBI/VANC intervals of the input SDI signals, Servers automatically playout sequences of their file materials.

The SL NEO Servers were configured by SkyLark Technology Inc. at Eurosport’s technology facility in Paris, with Dell, a Matrox Electronic Systems I/O vendor, selected as the server platform supplier. The project is performed jointly by Eurosport and SkyLark Technology Inc.
