SL NEO Broadcast Graphics is a high-performance, real-time graphics rendering solution designed for live broadcast, automated playout, and streaming environments. It enables broadcasters to create, control, and deliver rich 2D graphics, titles, and data driven visual elements directly on air — with frame-accurate precision and minimal latency.
Built as part of the SL NEO Media Platform, the system supports overlay and fill&key workflows across SDI and IP infrastructures, while seamlessly integrating with newsroom systems, automation, and live data sources.
The Graphics Editor is a client-side tool integrated with SL NEO Media Database, enabling multiple users to collaboratively create and edit titles and graphics compositions.
▶ All assets and compositions are stored centrally on the server
▶ Rendering is performed in real time by SL NEO servers during playout
▶ Supports static images, 32-bit animations, video files, and audio layers
▶ Full keyframe animation control for every object
▶ Dynamic text formatting via tags for colors, backgrounds, and images
Live Data Sources
▶ RSS feeds
▶ XML / JSON / database connections
▶ File-based data sources
▶ Playlist-driven object parametrization
▶ Newsroom & Automation
▶ Full MOS protocol support for NRCS integration
▶ Chyron Intelligent Interface compatibility
▶ REST API for external systems and custom automation
The optional Godot Engine module enables real-time rendering of 2D and 3D scenes, including camera tracking data.
This unlocks AR and VR workflows for television and online broadcasts, producing video streams with or without alpha channels for advanced compositing.
Automatically adapt object sizes and transformations based on dynamic text content. The system supports chained object transformations and automatic font scaling to ensure text always fits its container—maintaining clean, consistent layouts even with changing data.
AirManager gives you full control of your on-air graphics. Operate graphics elements manually with speed and precision — exactly when and how you need.
Manual control, your way
Control loaded graphics using toolbar controls or dedicated Start column buttons.
Flexible playback
Trigger playlist items manually or via actions. Automatic sequential playback is not supported — you stay in control at all times.
Designed for live production
Perfect for fast-paced environments where timing and reliability matter most.
The SL NEO Broadcast Graphics is fully integrated into the SL NEO media services platform — a modular, software-defined environment where specialized modules operate together in real time across one or more hardware platforms.
Additional modules — including Program Player, Stream Capture, and other workflow components — can be integrated to create a fully tailored broadcast solution:
