AirManager now provides new Timeline Panels for monitoring multiple playout channels from a single screen.
Instead of opening a separate playlist window for every channel, operators can create a panel containing several channels and view their timelines one below another.
Each channel keeps its own independent timeline view, including zoom, follow mode, graphics layer selection, and other display settings. This allows operators to build monitoring layouts that match the way they work with different channel groups.
Every channel row also displays key operational information, including the current item, remaining time, and a live picture from the channel output.
Hovering over a channel provides a larger preview together with information about what is currently playing, the media source, current position, and remaining duration.
Timeline Panels are designed primarily as a monitoring surface, so channel rows start in a locked state. When required, an operator can unlock a row and work with it in the same way as a regular timeline, including selecting, cutting, pasting, and dropping clips.
Panel-level controls can also affect all visible channels together. Operators can enable follow mode across the entire panel, lock or unlock all rows, and align the current-time indicator so that on-air activity across several channels can be compared vertically.
Individual channels can also be assigned custom foreground and background colors, helping operators identify them quickly in larger multichannel installations.
The result is a more compact and efficient way to monitor multiple broadcast channels, graphics layers, and current playout activity without filling the desktop with separate playlist windows.
